Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped directly from our partner warehouses as soon as payment is confirmed.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Should there be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor your parcel’s progress every step of the way. You can also track your shipment progress here.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Good Buys Online is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, we will refund the item cost (excluding shipping fees).
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a photo and contact us here within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to help with a replacement.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for compensation.
